sent my phone for fixing, came back worse 2 times

sent my phone to repair phone. it came back missing 1 ***** at the back of the phone. we booked it in again as the consultant remembered the condition we sent the phone in and made notes of it the 1st time. it came back again but this time with both *****s missing. the manager sent the phone upstairs for the technician to add the 2 *****s, we then learn that the 1 ***** now keeps falling out. the phone was broken even further. if i accept the phone it means i accept that vodacom gave me my phone it a worse condition and i cant do that. such poor customer service for a reputable company.highly disappointed.
