sent me a broken refurbished device
My blackberry crashed recently, which meant that i needed to send in in either for repairs or software.
I then went to the Fish Hoek branch where they could not assist. They then directed me to Blue Route and nobody could assist me there. i was then sent through to canak walk, where i waited for 3 hours to find out my phone needed to go to Joburg.
Because of this, i spent an entire business day, trying to fix a faulty device.
7 days later, i received a refurbished model. (blackberry q10)
i then discovered that every time i switched my phone off, all apps, contacts etc was erased.
this occurred every time i restarted the phone. i lost many important messages and apps because of this.
2nd of August (Yesterday) i returned to canal walk for the 3rd time ( i live in Fish Hoek) to give in my device, in hope that Vodacom can solve this issue.

i have wasted 2 days and spent nearly two weeks without use of my phone or data. i am outraged that Vodacom did not check the refurbished device before dumping it on me.

i am honestly considering removing my accounts with Vodacom, which amounts to around 50 k per annum (you may check my annual billing) if this issue is not resolved.
