Sending sms while roaming

<p>I have been on roaming since mid January 2017 and I have been able to send and receive sms's with no problem. Since 18 April 2017 I have been unable to send sms's. I do receive sms's still. I reported the matter to Vodacom and have since received email fro about 10 or more people. I even received sms's informing me that my problem has been resolved. Another sms was received asking me to rate their service. Here is a list of the people who contacted me with promises to resolve the matter and/or to refer it to a higher division. The last person that I spoke to called me on an alternative phone and promised to report the matter to a more senior person and also promised to follow it up. Her name is Kelly May and she called me on 2 May 2017.
