sending out emails,

I have a new Vodacom power tab 10 which wont send out emails from my [Email Removed] addres. I have been to several vodacom stores for help to no avail. All different settings from vodacom and mweb settings were tried, including factory reset. It pains me that an other vise good product became useless to me. please help. Im being send from vodacom to mweb and back and the issue is not resolved.
