Sending notifications to incorrect numbers

Once I had thought that vodacom was the best network the market had to offer, I have been a client for some years now but at this point I can’t wait for my contracts to come to an end so I can leave them. I have 3 lines with them a 072, 071 and a 060 and for the past year I have had the same problem I have asked that when the 060 data runs out they must notify me on the 060 but NO vodacom thinks it’s makes sense to notify me on my 072 number that the 060 data is out, my brother is using that line so he never notified when he runs out of data, guess what it then uses his airtime and over and above me paying for a contract I need to get him more airtime. I have been promised it’s fixed so many times. “Specialists” have worked on it is have sent ALTNUM to 31050, I have been promised call backs and still nothing!!! I am paying for a service I can never use and over and above that to use the network comes with additional costs. Hopeless is the least I can say.
