Sending invoices and no-one know what it is for
Okay, how and where do I even start? We have a big business account with Vodacom with numerous phones / contracts linked to it. All of a sudden we got an invoice for R2500 with little explanation. Or terms we do not understand. No cellphone number is even linked to it. We have phoned the call centres several times and have heard a lot of explanations, lastly it being fibre?? We have tried explaining that we cannot even get fibre where we are on the farm. They keep ons telling us that we app****, but when we ask who app**** and confirmed this, they cannot tell us. Why is it so easy to send an invoice and when we ask for proof they do not even know what we are talking about...

This person PROMISED me that someone from the business department will phone me, but NO-ONE did. No surprise...
These people invoice, but no one I have spoken to even knows what the invoice means.
