Send in ph for repairs 02/12/2015

I have a Sony ph that I have for 6 months paying R408.00 a month. on the 2nd of dec2015 I took my ph in for repairs. The services at Vodacom very bad. After I have to ph them everyday, they told me today 14/01/2016 they cannot repair the ph, asking OMAR what I must do he said he don't know. It a new ph 6 months old under warranty.<br> <br> They told me it SONY fault.<br> <br> VERY SAD
