Send from Pillar to Post when claiming a refund from Vodacom

I had an account that went into subscriber collection and, as far as legal collections,. To cut a long story short, Vodacom cancelled my contract when I ran into financial difficulties and then FORCED me to pay it up, through their lawyers, HPD Attorneys, when they were not providing any service. I ended up overpaying the account by more than R5000.00. Vodacom's statement of account even confirms this. I have a letter from Vodacom confirming that I have settled the account. I have been trying to get a REFUND, but every time an agent replies, they give a reason to delay the payment. 1. First they asked me for proof of payment spanning over 6 months, which I supp****. Thereafter they said it will take 14 days. After 14 days another agent told me that the account had been sent for recalculation and that they would get back to me. To me this is a clear indication that Vodacom will not just do the right thing and REFUND me the amount that they even acknowledge owing me. I am not even mentioning the contract they bul**** me into paying up after they had cancelled it and were not providing any service.
