Senate J7 pro

Dear hello Peter

I bought a Samsung J7 pro on contract at the vodacom shop in promenade mall, cape town, on the 09-12-2017, I returned the phone to the shop on the 12-12-2017, because the Screen Scrabbled/ froze and when tapping it on my hand it made a funny sound inside as if something was loose. The consulted checked the phone with me and there were no scratches, she booked it in and on the 15-12-2017 they got an email from the repairs that they won't give me a new phone because it had scratches and it was taken to higher repair centre. I only received such news of the scratches a week later after consistently visiting the shop and enquiring how was I sold a faulty Fone. After speaking to the manager about the whereabouts of my phone that was when she told me the phone is going for repairs and they cannot give me a new phone because that one had scratches. To my amazement I asked her to email me the photos and the communication she had with those repair guys.

I went for December holidays without my phone, I received an SMS saying my phone was not faulty it is in good conditions so they returned it and its ready for collection. Today I went to the shop to collect my phone, I looked at the scratches they where talking about and they are sharp deep scratches that could have been done with a sharp small object. I rubbed my finger against the scratch and it felt like the a deep cut that would require pressure for it to appear. I tapped the phone on my hand again today and still the sound was there, the consultant who was helping me today also told me that it doesn't sound as if its ok (consultant asked not to be mentioned). I took the phone and have not opened the box and will not use it, until the matter is solved. I had told the manager back then to freeze the contract because there where so many things I was suspicious of and the contract would only be active in January 2018, but she refused. I feel betrayed and ****** by this experience, please help me.

I haven't received any call from Vodacom since their last respond, my old phone died this weekend, i had to resort to using this Samsung J7 pro, because i do not have money to buy another phone. The phone still freezes when i access other applications. I don't know what Im suppose to do. Is it a manufacture problem or what.
