Sells me a contract that doesn’t work and then can’t help me.

I recently got a 5G 100mbps package with you, I am currently sitting with NO 5G and about 3-5mbps I cannot work, you haven’t called me, answered my emails or dm and when I tried to call you the bot keeps repeating the same options although I have already chosen a option. Utterly useless, if you cannot give me what I paid for then don’t give me the service.

I cannot work with that slow wifi, if you are not going to help fix my wifi or help me you can cancel my contract and pick up the router. Utterly useless.
