Selling us \WATERPROOF"phones that dont work"""

I have been up and down with Vodacom for 2 months now regarding water damage to my supposedly water resistant Sony Xperia Z1 phone. I followed all the safety precautions and I have 3 witnesses that can confirm this. Vodacom claim to be only a middle man and is not prepared to to replace my unit. <br> <br> SSS Mobile (Sony Mobile in South Africa) have apparently run a waterproofing test on my phone and it has been deemed to have passed this joke of a test. It is just a way for them to wash their hands in what is becoming a HUGE problem for them.
