Selling products customers can't use

Yesterday, 15 September, I purchased a 1 gig video ticket from vodacom for my daughter to watch youtube. For some reason, my YouTube app didn't want to connect to the internet. I then also purchased a 30mb bundle for an hour to test the reception/signal. After seeing that the internet loaded, I again tried YouTube and it worked. The moment the data bundle ran out, and luckily I checked my out of bundle limits and again set to R0, YouTube stopped streaming. I checked my balances and the data bundle was finished, very quickly on video, and the video ticket remained untouched. For the entire day, right up until midnight, I could not use my video ticket. I tried calling customer care on 111 and 135 several times during the day and holding for several minutes at a time, probably hours throughout the day, just to be one of many to experience 'high call volumes' and inevitably not getting through. My question to vodacom, will you re emburse the video ticket and data bundle? Or did I have ample time to make use of the ticket and therefore vodacom is not obligated to rectify there fault
