Selling Personal Details to 3rd Parties
RMCS and Vodacom are working together to de***** unsuspecting subscribers out of millions of rands every month. RMCS is the main conduit and remains at the centre of this HUGE ***** **** involving Vodacom. Vodacom is fully aware of this and they endorse RMCS's underhanded/immoral and ********* conduct.
It is all a well orchestrated revenue generating **** that involves Vodacom disclosing its subscriber details to RMCS who in turn use those details to move pre-paid subscribers to their "air-time" contract arrangement, without their consent or knowledge. This has been raised on countless occassions with Vodacom authorities who "conveniently" turn a blind eye since they earn millions of rands in revenue from RMCS.
As a victim of this vicious ****, I've now reported the my experience to ICASA and waiting their communication. In my humble and rightfully biased (unfortunately my view can't be unbiased based on my experience) both entities are ************ **********, this includes Vodacom's senior executives who evidently standby and applaud the situation.
I am sick of their abuse, this is too much!
