selling my airtime from both my numbers

I have BIS but airtime keeps getting deducted from my both my number,when I call in to the call centre they give me same story over and over,called them Sunday afternoon told me they will call within 24hrs its Wednesday no one has called me never mine 24hrs it 3days.they are good for taking my airtime but can't contact me, I think I should reformed ppl to change the network all together. Vodcoms service is gone so worst over the years I tell you. POOR SERVICE
