Selling Contracts that "Dont Exist"

I took out a contract at the NicolWay Vodacom store in August 2017. The person helped me and advised that a silent deal was available where I would be getting 30 gigs day time and 30 gigs night time data for R329 over 24 months. This sounded great so I accepted the contract. I have now been told that the contract does not exist and that I need to now get a new contract signed at a higher price to what was sold to me. On top of this I have been debited and allocated data which has now been cancelled to allow for the store manager to create a new contract at a higher price. I find this a complete joke and want what I was sold and signed for with all my data that was previously allocated. I am now sitting without my LTE contract which I need for work because of *********** staff who for some reason cannot understand what a contract means. Can someone fix this or do I need to lodge a complaint at the NCC and contact my lawyers?
