Selling a service they don't have

<p>All of my problems started when Vodacom sold me a business data and Voip service, with the full knowledge that they no longer have the service available. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am now paying monthly for a service i can't use as Vodacom can't deliver me my Voip phone. This is basically *****ing, as i am paying for a thing they sold me, not delivered, but still charge me for it. This is now the 2nd time I am complaining on Hellopeter, and yet nothing is being resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Solution ID: ***</p>
