Selling a phone under the wrong impression

I regret taking this contract with Vodacom. I took a Hauwei p8 lite under the impression that I can be able to use two sims cards on the phone as the phone allows it under normal circumstances. The reason I bought the phone in the 1st place was so that I dont have to use two phones. I received the phone on Thursday with a nano sim from vodacom.

1. The phone that vodacom sent me does not allow the use of two sim cards, I can put them both in the phone, but the phone does not read the nano sim
2. Why did Vodacom send me a nano sim if the phone cant even recognise it?
3. Why does vodacom not tell the client that their phone can't dectect two sim cards when they are selling the phone?

I have called the vodacom call center more than 5 times and its so annoying & frustrating how the agents will straight up deny that the phone even has slots for two sim cards. Clearly they are selling a product they do not know and don't even understand. I talked to some team leader who told me that if I want to use the nano- sim I must remove the micro-sim, it will only work if there is one sim. That did not work. How am I even suppose to use the nano sim as my contract sim card?
