Self Centred Selfish ****ty company

dear Vodacom mad as i'm gona keep this brief... yes i stopped paying my contract after my car was stollen with my phones, laptops and other accesories in it and you refused to assit track my phone. so naturally u handed me over to which ever collection company you decided to. long story short, i then repended and made an arrangement for R600 to pay a R379 phone and i ultimatly settled the the debt by a final payment of around R3000... then i called in requesting for my profile to be updated and **** and was promised that all is done. then months from then i got a promotion at work, the job gave me access to financial accounts as i had to approve credit and debit journals passed to clients, so on 1 of those chilled mornings, i got an even chillier email from my manager, that i could not be granted access until i settle myt vodacom account. they sent me a screen short of the debt still showing as outstanding or what ever **** it was. i then called the company that was vcollecting and they sent me a settlement letter which i gave to my boss and they granted me access. a few weeks later, i went to apply for something again that was valuable to me n my family and when i got there, the same thing happened, i was with my wife, imagine the emabasment!!!!!!!!!!! trying to call vodacom or MBD or what ever, was even more frustrating than the actual problem it self. so i move on anyway....

then today comes. i waited 26 days to have my phone delivered at the shjop i was buying sat and when i went to collect today, when we finalized the deal, VODAphuckenCOM SHOWS UP THAT I AM OWING IT... THIS IS JUST SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SELFISH, im done paying you and now u dnt care any more, phucken self centred that u only care that u got ur money and as for me, phuck my life and my credit?????

how ****ty can this be any more???

dear vodacom please fix this.
