<p>i want to cancel my contract which i had for yearswith vodacom. one of the security questions asked what is my bank balance. what a question? i want to end the contract not a new contract. i dont think even when taking a new contract you asked what is your bank balance. is this not privlidged information? how does a service provider have access to this info?</p>
