Security OTP's sent to an unsolicited number breaching security.

Voda**** changed my OTP for security when logging into Vodamail emails WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!!!!!!!! to an unknown number: ***. Thiis was confirmed by an agent on Monday, May 5th 2021 at 06:45. I have not been able to do emails for 3 weeks due to this. All VodaGone has done was "Enquiry closed because all OTP's has been delivered to the required number." ****. They are ******. So somebody else has received my email security OTP'S, and has probably been able to READ ALLLLLL MY EMAILS!!!!!!!! THis is the worst breach of security. And nothing is being done to help. My emails go to a 071 sim card on a modem without a screen. My OT{P's has always been sent to my 072 number. Without my consent VodaNonsense decided to change it to an unsolicited number. Can Hello Peter please assist to get my OTP's back onto 072 number? And please don't email me, because I CAN'T RECEIVE ANY THANKS TO VODAGONE.
