Security Concern & Bad User Experience

I have had several purchases go off on my number, using my airtime that I did not initiate or approve. While trying to find out who had been making purchases and how did they use my airtime to do so, I was met with very condescending, arrogant, and non-helpful representatives. I did phone twice, to try and get a better representative but both times were met with them simply repeating what their system says, disregarding what I am telling them, and refusing to acknowledge that this is an issue that needs to be taken to IT.

They merely logged it as a purchase dispute. I will most definitely be switching service providers this week.
