Security Breach on your website

I can tell that VODACOM has no security on their website, you can argue all you want but you are exposing your customer's data to **********. I placed a phone order online on 14th March 2021, last night I get a mandate to accept on my FNB app. I did not accept because the the initial fee was way too high. I called Vodacom this morning, only to find out someone has opened an account for a laptop and router on my ID number and account number. HOWEVER, the person is in Durban. My phone address is in Gauteng. Imagine the items were awaiting for dispatch.

My thing is the ********* new when I was making the order and took advantage that any sms I get, I would just think it's for my phone order. Secondly, how did your system not pick up when my ID was punched in that there's an account already? Your system managed to open 2 separate accounts? FIRE THE WHOLE IT TEAM because wow!
