Security Breach due to information being sold to third party companies?

Bought a tablet on RCS. Kept it for almost two years then replaced it under warranty. Get the new one then I pick up the location sunninghill while I'm in Centurion. So... I go to report the phone cloned at the Mall@Reds branch with the technician who booked it in and he says to me "what do you expect me to do about it. Then one week or so later my house keys bank card and warranty replaced phone gets ****** and get this. I'm sitting with the old tablet in my possession. So I go to see the branch manager Angelique and she chases me out of the shop. Refusing to run the job number or my I'd through the system and does she know the phones use different IP addresses? Please advise as I'm pretty ****ed off. Please explain how my address and personal details got outside the possession of Vodacom? Switched over to Telkom as I'm not getting any workable response.....
