Secure Encrypted Login - Explanation wanted

Hi there I just had a live chat with Wayne from Vodacom help desk. This is after 2 unsatisfactory calls to Customer Care. I want clarity on the "Secure Encrypted Login" item, as displayed on the Vodacom app, under "Detailed Data Usage". I am on Wifi 90percent of the time, and I switch off data when I sleep. Yet this "Secure Encrypted Login" has the highest Mobile Data usage of all items on "Detailed Data Usage" over 200MB in 2 weeks!

I have received 3 different answers from 3 different Vodacom agents today:

Agent 1: Secure Encrypted Login works with your email and something called Second Layer (Agent could not tell me what that is, or how Secure Encrypted Login works with my email)

Agent 2: Said "Let me check with my colleagues and get back to you" (I am typing this review more than 3 hours after the call. Still no feedback

Agent 3: Secure Encrypted Login is all the websites on my phone starting with HTTPS:// There is already an item on the Detailed Data Usage list called Internet Web Browsing. (Why 2 items related to internet usage? I couldn't get an answer on that either, and was told to download a data management app. Is that an answer?)

So Vodacom, which one is it? Some clarity please
