Second time complaining about same issue
I have reported VOCACOM here on Hello Peter. I was contacted and VODACOM said that my query was settled and that my account would be reduced and I will be compesated for the months my account was to high. This mont my account was not rectifed and I had to pay the hifher increased amount. This is poor service
