Second Request - I need a Solution

Hi Vodacom

My issue has not yet been resolved. I received a call on Friday to make myself available, as I was told a technician would be coming at 8 in the morning however no one came and no one called to cancel. My you please help get a technician out to assist with reconnecting my lines or get someone to contact me for cancelation options and a refund that has been pending since October Vodacom ***-289911
