Second R10k+ debit order in less than 24 hours

Last night I shockingly received an SMS from the bank notifying that R10 881 was debited from my account for Vodacom. I logged on and found that it was for a data myGig3 Promo SIM that still had 1.9Gb of data left. When going to the detail balances page, it shows 6Gb of 9Gb left. but I still had a charge for around R8.5k for data. I reported the matter and customer care confirmed the data charge they could see was somewhere along R6.5k.

I requested the matter to be, escalated it and reported on HelloPeter. There are just too many discrepancies.

This morning I logged in again, and found that you have now listed a second number with a total of R10 462 due. The SIM card for this number was destroyed when we received it as we renewed the number only to get its device upgrade. Meaning this SIM card was never even inserted into a device.

You are free to investigate the history on both of these numbers as well as the traffic sources and destinations. The bank confirms that you tried to debit over R20k from my account but you could not get the whole amount.

Do you have ANY idea what you've just done to me? How this careless mistake has in a matter of seconds affected my life? My family?
