Second line declined

I app**** for a second line contract and got rejected this is very bad I think I will port my number and contract to cell c I got approved in two minutes, I am long with vodacom on prepaid got it ported to a top up contract tried on saturday for a contract got a feed back saying declined try after 3 months really this is bad for me as a vodacom client and I thought vodacom is the best network but now discovered it's not. And vodacom so calls claimed bad payment profile if that was the case cell c would not have approved me for a contract.
