SECOND HELLOPETER COMPLAINT - EMPTY PROMISES

I was called, been told that the tablet will be delivered on the 4th of May.... No delivery no Calls.<br> <br> This is my second hellopeter complaint on the same issue.<br> <br> Vodacom Marketing contacted me a month ago in March to sell off a tablet. My information was provided, got an email with the details, and been told that I iwll receive it in 5 to 7 working days.<br> <br> Its a month ago, I made already 3 calls to Vodocam, yesterday, I was told their systems are off, but they will phone me back.<br> <br> Wow, what a disaster of customer services! Is there anybody working at Vodocam that cares and have accountability?<br> <br> Vodocam Reference Number: ***5<br> This email serves as a notification of an add-on line/s that has been submitted on Account Number I***.<br>
