Second complain on the issue vodacom

I took out a new contract and still haven't received it and have been calling no luck and I have written a complaint here on hellopeter was told someone will call but nothing I have been a good paying customer from 2017 and I very annoyed by their lack of service. The person who was helping me Lihle still no word from him as he was the one handling my case honestly the service is pathetic.
