Screen protector that does not offer what it says.

Went into a Vodacom Store for a new screen protector. Was sold a cover that apparently prevents ****ming and is supposed to be finger/print sensitive. Epic fail. I cannot get into anything on my phone that requires my fingerprint. Deleted existing fingerprint and have tried to reload, with no luck. All this after spending R400 on a screen protector.
