Screen protector
I had a cracked LCD on my S9+, with a screen protector bought at Vodacom. I had the LCD repaired and went back and had a very expensive, apparently "the BEST" screen protector fitted, with a sturdy cover. It was a screen protector laser cut to fit the S9 edge. Just a month later, the LCD is cracked again, from a gentle knock. This protector is Vodacom and Samsung approved and yet no one will take responsibility for it . The cost to repair was R5971.89. Now, after apparently safeguarding my phone to the max, I have to fork out another R6000.00 to repair and as I am sure you are aware, we are not earning salaries due to Covid-19. I would like to know who at Vodacom and Samsung could advise me on this issue.
