****s on my Vodacom number

Good day My mother is useing vodacome and been useing her sim number more then 10 years now . Last week she was ****ed someone has called vodacome to make a sim swap and vodcom assist the ******** with the swim swap request. And about R3000 was stolan from my moms bank account. Vodacome did not assist us by finding out the person who requested for a swim swap. Today on sunday Vodacom sent an SMS stating my mom requested her number to be swished to MTN and that was not a request coming from my mom . We realy need assistants with this matter as we are going to lose more money in the bank . My mom is 56 years and she has chronic disease high blood pressure and i am not welling to lose her because of Vodacom is not welling to help with this matter
