******** Vodacom
Beware of upgrading with vodacom. They tel you there is no lower packages you have to take eg. R579 400minutes. I needed the phone so i took it. Then later they say now there is a lower package for R309 100minutes. But there is a penalty of R2000. This has been done to me twice. Why force me to take such a high package when there is a lower package. This is ******** and not good value for money. I will not go back after the contract ends. I have been a long time customer.

Thats how much We as customers matter not even a phone call. this matter is far from closed for me. Your customer care staff are ******** clients. Or are they being advices to do so for vodacom to make more money.
