******** people into Contracts

Last week I got a call from Vodacom Direct offering me a 2GB contract. After a long discussion. I kept asking the guy if I can Cancel my top Up 1Gb account because I will be able to use this 2GB data, on the router device and on my cellphone, so I will be able to access the data from 2 sim cards. He assured me more than once that this is possible. After I got the device. I was still a bit sceptical, and did not open it until I got confirmation that I will be able to use the 2gb without the router being with me all the time. So i went to woodlands vodacom and the guy told me know they only sold you a 2GB contract. I immediately phoned Vodacom after sales and canceled the contract. So they will be picking up the device today. But the point stands, vodacom is ******** people into taking contracts that they do not need. The agents says things that creates a misconception about the product. I received another call from another person offering me the same damn contract that I just canceled. Vodacom is a bunch of ****** and should not be able to sell a bunch of contracts telephonically. You **** People into things they do not need. And this is the second time this happend to me!
