I was ****** today in church street, they are promoters for Celc and Vodacom who are promoting celc sim cards and Vodacom sim cards, they ******* me to join a promotion which they say l must choose a contract either 3months, 6months, 1 year, then they logged in my phone l don't know which numbers do they use then they asked me to pay 99rand to get 3months data. When I said I can't change my sim card to Vodacom they said it's irreversible l must pay the money or my phone will be blocked.My phone was now just blank on the screen not showing anything else l pay 99 then they activate my phone again. I paid the money but only got 2 sim card for Vodacom with ertym for 22rand to me they said l.m going to get data for 99rand. I wonder if they were real promoters but they were wearing plain black and some wearing Celc tshirts .
