****MED OR NOT TO BE ****MED?
Done with Vodacom Online..... I complained 2 weeks ago about vodacoms terrible service, and this week they do it again.
After cancelling my upgrade themselves last week, i do an upgrade online again. This time a vodacom guy phones me and says he has my package and i must confirm my ID with him. I said with all the ***** happening im willing to give the first 6 numbers. he declines and says he knows my ID number and wants to see if the ID i give him is right. Again i say no and give him the first 6 numbers. he tells me that im delaying the process. Terrible terrible terrible service from Vodacom online. So whats happening with my upgrade now???????
