I have been debited nearly R1300 from January to April 2018 for a VodafoneLive Game called p-squarem-hunkydory-c-0. I have no memory of asking for this service and have not received any service, just lots and lots of debits for unreceived MMS messages. Fortunately an excellent Vodacom employee called Shad-e in the Newlands office showed me how to unsubscribe. My point is that as a Vodacom Red client I expect more protection. A light Googling of this "game" shows others have been caught out too and also laid `Hellopeter complaints. Why haven't you blocked this **** Vodacom? The banks would have, had it happened in their environment.
