Am mzwandile monyai I took a cellphone contract 5years ago which am still paying it was a 24months contract. Reason why am still paying it because once I finished paying the contact I assumed that the contact will be closed off not being aware I was suppose to get a paid up later. Few years I received a call from attorney from vodacom March 2020 saying am owing vodacom R3000 I paid it then told them to close the account. The in august 2021 I received a call again from Hpd saying they from vodacom am owing R1900. I then called vodacom to confirm vodacom told me I am owing the account is till active. Sadly I paid the account R1950 I called Hpd to close the account because the is fully paid. Hpd attorney told the account has been handed over to vodacom. Called Vodacom told them my story they told me to send an email to ***@vodacom I have and prove of payments…. Now I have been receiving calls from MBD attorneys advising am owing vodacom R2000 and they haven’t received Received any payments since 2020 July I don’t know what to do I just want to close the account I don’t have money am not working I’ve already paid R1950
