**** WITH SHAKE OFF COMPETITION.

I just want to express my complete disappointment and dissatisfaction with vodacom and the shake off competition. I've noticed that as soon as I come to close to completing puzzles the shake off in my app becomes disabled or has technical problems or either shows that you've already collected the puzzles. I have only one left in order to win at all puzzles and I never seem to get there because the same problems occur. This is so unfair and a complete ****! I am a loyal customer of vodacom and this treatment is terrible!
