**** sim swap without the original rica rules

my cell phone was sim swapped , the first time on the 21st of October 2016 . This was done without me knowing anything about it. these hackers tried to get into my son's business bank account , but they were unsuccessful . I called the call centre (vodacom) and opened a ***** case with them (case no. 1- ********** 5045) and told them not to do any sim swaps without me being informed. There was the second incident was on the 5th of November 2016 , when my cell phone was sim swapped for the second time (case no. ********** 6441) this time they got into my bank account and did 5 transaction of R9980 each totalling just under R50000 . I would appreciate it if you could help me with this . Thank you Salim Mohammed
