**** from Vodacom????

So.... I dont know if this is a new **** or something........ So vodacon called and said as a thank you for being a vodacom customer for 20+ they want to give me a new phone... I can collect at any vodacom shop.... And with that would like to give me a voucher from them and the Nelson Mandela children fund... All good and well..... Send me the voucher numbers... After asking for the catch they keep saying they are none....... So after sending they ask you to donate to the fund.... All for it..... But.... If you dont donate you can't clain the rewards....... Talked to the manager..... How rude!!!!! I called them on the number they called and it went to vm.... So how does a company like vodacom go to vm without any professional message...... And now the phone is off......
