I have been trying to send an email from Vodacom's website but it doesn't allow me to. It keeps redirecting me to "Tobi" the robot and it gives me the option of chatting to a person but when I select that option it tells me its unavailable. Their website is just as unfriendly as their call center set up. I cant even report a **** if I suspect any. Mxm
