Good day I have received a call from Vodacom in order to upgrade my contract. I was promised a R3500 voucher to purchase online from the HP shop ,however when I received the voucher it was R500 of very expensive items you can choose from seven of them and get R500 off.The cheap items are out of stock so conveniently and to top it all of the voucher expires a week after I received it. I then choose a Hp printer for R1000 and a laptop bag of R400 which means I have to pay money in after I use this awesome voucher .The online shop kept on telling me that the voucher is invalid over and over . I tried to phone the number on the voucher but it gets disconnected immediately .I have NOTHING from this voucher and was even prepared to pay in to get something .I am very upset about this and it feels like a **** from both companies
