****!!!!
I just paid my account and I saw a bill of 28k that was added on the 1st of December on my account.. This is impossible!! I only have one contract with you that was due for an upgrade in September which I didn't upgrade!! My bill is only R135 a month. This must be a **** or error on your side. I tried calling the help line and my calls just get drop. Please resolve urgently
