If I am not mistaken it's been 2 weeks if not 3 buying the whatsapp ticket from Vodacom and it only connects for a certain period of time and that was not mentioned when purchasing this whatsapp ticket.. We run businesses and this is affecting us because we cannot interact with our clients and the sad part is we not getting any communication on what is happening.. No apology, no refunds for data lost because the data is time based so we are losing on our ends.Vodacom is the biggest **** to ever exists and will soon lose customers because of this.
