I called Vodacom Customer Care on the 27th of November 2017 to cancel my R449 contract and the lady I spoke to offered me a R79 contract for 24 months which I can cancel whenever I wanted(2GB data and 110 airtime). I immediately received 2 hundred and something MB data which I did not even expect. Then the 1st of December I received R200 airtime(from the R449 contract) and 2GB data but my R110 airtime I didn’t receive.
On 16 December I called Vodacom Customer Care because R200 was debited from my account which puzzled me because that was not the agreement, I think Vodacom is running some sort of ****. A call was logged for me as they promised to listen to voice recordings to ensure I get what I was promised.
To my surprise 19 December 2017 I get messages that my data has ran out, my alternate number is deleted. The airtime I had left(from the R449 contract) had nothing to do with this, why was it taken, worse part without even communicating this. I called Vodacom Customer Care to enquire about this and I was told that the minute I cancel my contract I forfeit everything, how unfair is this? I already paid for this service. All I want is my airtime back(from R449 contract) and I also want my R79 contract as promised(2B data and R110 airtime)
Can I be contacted to resolve this
