Please can you tell me how you think you can get away with increasing a 24 month contract after 5 months?! I signed a contract with a fixed amount for 24 months on a Smart L for R499 per month, now all of a sudden you decide to increase it to R529 per month? I will take legal action if this is not sorted out. And to top it all off, my brand new Sony Z3 is falling apart by the seams, and you just don't care what the issue is.
