On Sunday, I did an enquiry via Facebook messenger regarding a contract cancellation and was contacted by Desmond (I hope I have the name correct) who assisted promptly. Thank you. I had another enquiry regarding an issue with a social ticket I purchased. Again, Desmond contacted me today and promptly assisted me with my query.
