Satisfaction

Long story, but in short, my numbers were deleted from the system due to non payment and Vodacom informed me that the numbers are lost and that it cannot be retrieved. We have been running a business for 26 years and 23 years have had this number and it was vital for us to retrieve the spesific number. We posted on Hellopeter and Marlon Fortuin from Vodacom contacted us. He has gone out of his way to assist us, although it took a week and a half, he has reinstated my phone numbers. It would be absolutely great to have more people like Marlon Fortuin on your team. I suggest that Vodacom strive to achieve all personel to be like him. What a pleasure.
